Food begins with the awareness of ingredients. We put just as much care into how an animal is raised and treated as we do into how all our bitches are treated. Bacon Bitch goes to great lengths to ensure all are treated equally.

We source from partners and growers we know and trust, letting their farming dictate our menu. We go above and beyond to work with farmers who are doing the right thing, and we always source locally where possible.

We use 100% gluten-free, MSG-free, nitrite-free bacon, made using old world charcuterie techniques by Niman Ranch’s independent family farmers, who raise livestock humanely and sustainably.
